The last few years we've started cooking our turkey's for the holidays on the smoker.
A slow cook smoking technique has produced incredible results from anything we've cooked, especially poultry. In this video we are using the Camp Chef Woodwin Smoker and it has to be one of the easiest and most delicious ways to cook a holiday bird.

Brine Recipe:
1 Liter Orange Juice
1 Liter Apple Cider
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Cup Salt
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
4 Cloves of Garlic
4 Bay Leaves
Dry/Wet Ingredients:
2 Cups of Butter
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Parsley
1 Tablespoon of Sage
1 Tablespoon of Rosemary
3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Zest
