After You Order
iPhone Scan (Recommended)
This is the most accurate, easiest, and quickest method. After placing your order, download the Cowboy Custom Orthotics App [HERE]. It may take up to 10 minutes for your login information to transfer to the app—if it doesn’t work right away, try again shortly.
Log in using the email from your order and your order number. Match your foot to the on-screen outline, aim to get most of the level light indicators green, and take a photo of each foot. Submit your scans and we’ll begin production.
Foam Impression Kit
If you don’t have access to an iPhone, we’ll mail you a physical foam impression kit with a prepaid return label. Follow the included video instructions, then drop it back in the mail.
