Day 3 we got a few more additions to camp. Treavor made the long drive from the Oregon coast to come and join us for a few days before Trent shows up from Colorado.
Despite some challenges with getting his tag, we had a blast getting him adjusted to life in Idaho. Bmack also showed up to camp so we had a good group sharing laughs, bugles and camp to get this series off to a great start.

Гепатолиенальный синдром по-другому называют гепатоспленомегалией. Это состояние, при котором у человека одновременно увеличены печень и селезенка. Органы связывают друг с другом системы иннервации (общими нервами) и лимфооттока, поэтому на болезненные процессы реагируют оба. Почти в 100% случаев первой увеличивается печень, и только следом – селезенка. По словам Сергея Вялова, к.м.н., гастроэнтеролога, гепатолога, гепатоспленомегалию чаще всего обнаруживают у детей младше трех лет. Основная причина – внутриутробные инфекции, но также синдром может развиться на фоне наследственных нарушений и гемолитической болезни (гемолитическая анемия новорожденных, обусловленная несовместимостью крови матери и плода по резус-фактору, группе крови и другим факторам крови).
Вялов отмечает: "Среди взрослых в группу риска по гепатолиенальному синдрому попадают люди с острыми и хроническими болезнями печени (гепатит, цирроз), болезнями накопления (амилоидоз, болезнь Вильсона-Коновалова), инфекционными заболеваниями, заражением паразитами, нарушением кровообращения, заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы. При проблемах с сердечно-сосудистой системой селезенка и печень увеличиваются из-за застоя крови. Гепатоспленомегалия может появиться при миокардитах, тяжелых пороках сердца и ишемической болезни.
Гепатоспленомегалия не является самостоятельным заболеванием. Это синдром, который сопровождает другие болезни. Врач-гастроэнтеролог может обнаружить увеличение органов уже на первичном осмотре при пальпации – ощупывании брюшной полости. Правда, есть нюанс: селезенка пальпируется, только если она увеличена в два раза и более. Важно также соотнести размеры органов. Это помогает доктору поставить так называемый предварительный диагноз и определиться с набором анализов. К примеру, инфекции обычно вызывают одинаковое увеличение селезенки и печени. При болезнях накопления сильнее увеличивается печень, а при болезнях крови – селезенка. При циррозе и портальной гипертензии селезенка может значительно превосходить печень в размере. Чтобы установить точный диагноз, больного, как правило, направляют на УЗИ органов брюшной полости, клинический и биохимический анализ крови. Дальше делают специфические анализы на инфекции, допплерографию сосудов печени и селезенки, УЗИ сердца, КТ или МРТ.
В любом случае сам гепатолиенальный синдром не лечат. Лечат заболевание, которое вызвало увеличение печени и селезенки. Поэтому стандартной схемы терапии при гепатоспленомегалии не существует. Единственное универсальное решение – это прием препаратов урсодезоксихолевой кислоты, которая снижает токсическое воздействие на клетки печени (любое – алкоголь, лекарства, жир), помогает им быстрее восстановиться и улучшает свойства желчи. Серьезное влияние на состояние печени оказывает кишечник, потому что большая часть крови приходит именно оттуда. У многих людей сейчас нарушена проницаемость слизистой оболочки кишечника (это состояние в народе называют “дырявым кишечником”), а это значит, что болезнетворные бактерии токсины имеют возможность проникнуть в кровоток и таким образом попасть в печень. Чтобы «заблокировать» вредным веществам путь в печень и другие системы организма, можно пропить курс препаратов на основе ребамипида".
